1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:


The product is damaged, defective, wrong item received, or expired (in case of perishable goods).


The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.


The product is unused, in its original packaging, with tags, labels, and invoice.


Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:


Personal care, cosmetics, hygiene products


Perishable goods


Gift cards or digital downloads


Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:


Email us at support@swavenmart.com or call/WhatsApp +91 89283 14836 with your order ID and reason for return.


Our support team will guide you through the return process, including pickup or drop instructions.


Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:


A full refund (or partial in some cases) will be processed to your original method of payment.


Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.


If the return is rejected (e.g., damaged item returned, outside return window), the product will be shipped back to you at your cost.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.


To cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order.


If the order is already shipped, it will fall under the return process after delivery.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for the same item in case of size, color, or defect issues.


Exchange requests must follow the same conditions as returns and be made within 7 days of delivery.


6. Delivery Issues

If your package is:


Not delivered but marked as delivered, contact us within 48 hours.


Damaged during shipping, share clear photos of the packaging and item upon receipt.
