3. How to Initiate a Return
Email support@swavenmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions from our team.
Pack items securely, include all accessories and original packaging.
Ship the product using the provided label or your preferred courier. Keep the tracking receipt.
4. Refund & Exchange
Refunds: Processed to your original payment method or Swavenmart Wallet within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: Replacement items will be delivered within 7–10 days, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs: Swavenmart covers shipping for defective/damaged items; customers cover return shipping for non-defective items.
