At SWAVEN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we want you to have a smooth and hassle-free experience with your purchases. This Return Policy explains the conditions and procedures for returning products.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Clearance, sale, or Final Sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear & tear


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@swavenmart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions from our team.

  3. Pack items securely, include all accessories and original packaging.

  4. Ship the product using the provided label or your preferred courier. Keep the tracking receipt.


4. Refund & Exchange

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method or Swavenmart Wallet within 5–7 business days.

  • Exchanges: Replacement items will be delivered within 7–10 days, subject to stock availability.

  • Shipping Costs: Swavenmart covers shipping for defective/damaged items; customers cover return shipping for non-defective items.
