Cancellation policy

Thank you for shopping with Swavenmart on https://swavenmart.com. We aim to make order cancellations simple and transparent. This policy explains how and when you can cancel your orders.


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order from your account dashboard before it is shipped.

  • Alternatively, contact us via email or phone to request cancellation.

  • Full refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as Swavenmart Wallet credit, depending on the payment used.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it.

  • You can refuse delivery when it arrives or initiate a return once received.

  • Refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.


3. Payment Refund Timeline

  • UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking: Refund to original payment source within 5–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 5–7 business days

  • Wallet / Store Credit: Refund to Swavenmart Wallet within 24 hours

If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact support@swavenmart.com with your order details.


4. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders for items marked Final Sale or Non-Cancellable on the product page.

  • Custom or personalized items that cannot be resold.
