1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order from your account dashboard before it is shipped.
Alternatively, contact us via email or phone to request cancellation.
Full refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as Swavenmart Wallet credit, depending on the payment used.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it.
You can refuse delivery when it arrives or initiate a return once received.
Refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Payment Refund Timeline
UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking: Refund to original payment source within 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 5–7 business days
Wallet / Store Credit: Refund to Swavenmart Wallet within 24 hours
If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact support@swavenmart.com with your order details.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders for items marked Final Sale or Non-Cancellable on the product page.
Custom or personalized items that cannot be resold.
