Proof of Purchase: To be eligible, you must provide an invoice, order number, or receipt.
Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase or receipt of the product. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Physical Products Refunds
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Return Window: Returns are eligible for 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt.
Replacement / Exchange: Delivered within 7–10 days.
Refund Process:
Email support@swavenmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Shipping Costs:
Defective or damaged items: Swavenmart covers return shipping.
Non-defective items: Customer pays return shipping.
Service Refunds
Non-rendered Services: Eligible for full refund.
Partially Rendered Services: Refunds prorated based on work completed.
Fully Rendered Services: No refunds.

Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds after billing period starts; you can cancel to avoid future charges.
Annual Subscriptions: Refunds available within 30 days of purchase if lightly used. No refunds after 30 days; future renewals can be canceled.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is approved but not received:
